My work is creating stories that give emotions on mental health with depression, anxiety, and self identity with gender struggles. Giving a story that people can connect with, themes about mental health and lifestyle stories of daily lives of youths. My figure drawings give a focus on storytelling and character background. Giving each drawing a design focusing the expressions of emotions and topics that the audience can relate to. These emotions can be represented with the pose, color, and tone. I would give colors like pink and purple but also give more muted colors and both give the tone an expression of individual self love. Bringing gender identity to potraits and character designs to my art is important, it gives representation to characters a way to show their expression. When looking at my character designs, the art is what is important that gives me wanting to learn more about the background, what the story is about. Surrealism can create art in a different and unique way. It is important that surrealism still involves humans in my art that can relate with the audience, my surrealsim involves body expression. With animals and creatures combining with humans, it gives a story to tell with a unique character designand more importantly creates fantasy to it. With my work being seen by others there's a story in each art piece the audience is likely to give questions wanting more. My art gives the audience an open safe place to view and talk about, talking about these topics is human nature.
